These are difficult and changing times but Hotel Casa del Marqués will do our best so that our guests can make a reservation with complete calm and security.

Thus, we relax our cancellation policy.

Most important, we implement COVID-19 protocol in order to achieve our main goal: the health and security of our staff and guests.

Thus, we have established several rules and measures:

• The staff will record the guest’s temperature when entering the hotel.
• Required use of mask throughout the Hotel.
• Check out time (up to 12 a.m.) and check in time (from 2 p.m. onwards) must be strictly respected in order to have time for cleaning and disinfection protocols.
•  Each team member is trained in anti COVID-19 protocol, so we can guarantee you all hygienic measures. Indeed, we are awarded with Tourism Quality Seal in hotel security.
• We have excellent hygiene protection measures (protective glass, hygienic doormat, hydroalcoholic gel, masks…) according to the Government’s sanitary laws.
• We can guarantee you security distancing.
• We set up 4 different breakfast areas in order to guarantee your security.
• 3 breakfast time slots are enabled (8 to 9, 9 to 10 & 10 to 11 hours).ESSENTIAL PREVIOUS TIME RESERVATION.
• The staff will clear up your doubts and we can help you respect anti COVID-19 security measures.
